About Us
Founded during the pandemic circa end of 2019.
Manasota Property Services was forged from the fire of necessity and opportunity.
Shawn and I collectively spent over a decade in the air conditioning industry locally. After this we both went onto other ventures, but I knew there was a massive opportunity here in being a contractor people can count on. When the pandemic began and car sales slowed, I had to pivot and Manasota Property Services was born.
I knew how tough it was for former clients to find reliable contractors who can do the detail work at a home in a pinch. We began slowly, offering only junk removal and pressure washing. Over the years we've grown with the client in mind and now offer nearly every service one would need to maintain a property inside and out.
Thankfully our community has supported us as we've supported them. We will always stay local, always provide the best experience possible and always remain reliable to our counties and the people who share them with us.
Shawn Patchell joined us in 2025 to help manage the growth and with him came a wealth of knowledge and experience. We have become the solution all property professionals need to get more done. Reliable multi services solutions one phone call away.
